We send products by courier to physical addresses (not P.O. Box addresses) in Hong Kong and Macau only. Standard delivery times are estimates only but usually arrive 1-3 working days after your payment in full is confirmed.
For Industrial / commercial address, delivery will take 1-2 days.
For Non-industrial / commercial address, delivery will take 2-3 days.
For Remote area**, such as Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Penny Bay, Discovery Bay, delivery will take an extra 1-2 days longer.
Delivery is not available on Saturday afternoon, Sunday or on Public Holiday. Orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be processed until the following business day.

SELF-PICK UP SERVICE
SF Express Self-pick up centres
- No surcharge for residential address or remote area
- Flexible pick up time even during weekend
- Avoid long waiting for goods receiving or delay
- Delivery will take 1-2 days
Customer has to pick up the goods at the specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. SF Express will send out overdue parcel and customer may need to pay extra charge.
Remember to leave your mobile number for collection verification and notification. For Macau customer, please specify the county code (853) in your phone number. You can also give a name to this address for future reference.

PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS
Order will not be dispatched until payment in full is received and we’re satisfied with the integrity of the order. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product or arising from exercising our cancellation rights. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us (“your offer”). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.
DELIVERY NAME AND ADDRESSES
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to resend the order/product to the correct address at our expense, nor cover or return delivery cost.
Please ensure that you fill in the Name & Address and Delivery Address boxes if differing from the Name & Address. Please ensure there will be someone at your delivery address to receive your order. For best results, we recommend having it delivered to a work address. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Redelivery charges may apply.
We have aligned ourselves with delivery partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date, but dates specified are estimates only.
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email or phone +852 2526 0420. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled are subject to our policy for RETURN, EXCHANGES OR REFUND.
NON-ARRIVAL OR AN ORDER
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. If an item is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
We are unable give a guaranteed time or day of delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein a) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, b) you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order, and c) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
To return a product to us, contact us first for advice about our return address details. You may not return an item because you have changed your mind.
If you return goods for any reason, please keep appropriate proof of dispatch. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. We strongly recommend that you send it by registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.
We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. All return goods must be unused, unopened as original condition with packaging and undamaged. We only accept goods return within 7 days of original delivery date to you. Unless manufacturing faulty, the cost for return and any redelivery to you of the product is to be borne 100% by the buyer.
In the event of a return by you, we will exchange or refund in the form of a Company Credit Voucher which can be redeemed in the future at microscooter.com.hk with redemption period is within 12 months validity from the date of issue. We will not refund initial delivery and/or credit card costs.
